I am not a water person. Nor do I have learned to love it. I have just remember being scared and told stories of people drowning and dead..
When was the last time you visited the sea or a swimming pool. Doesn’t count if you have one. I have always been fond of mermaids, I have loved seeing them, and always wanted to be a water baby.
If you are a beach person I am too, just for the shallow water. As a kid visiting a beach carrying your clothes, just being fearless, family picnics, mom shouting at us for going to far, pebbles hurting your legs underwater, but never wanting to come out. We always wanted that day not to end, and being very tired by the end of the day.
Well, I remember my first time going to the beach with my family as a kid, and my dad catching my finger, checking if the water isn’t that cold and just letting you enjoy the shallow water.
The first feeling of the water touching your legs and the wind being too much you just feel happy, a beautiful smile on the face and its always cold, Now you see why I always wanted to be a water baby.
Being a 20 year old, I am still a shallow water person but still with a smile on my face and the water still being cold and the wind still being too much. I guess its been a year since I have been to the beach and how much i miss it.
Remembering the beaches, and enjoying a lot lets get some travel knowledge with this blog.
Best beaches in Asian countries
1. DUBAI~ JUMEIRA BEACH!!!
As a child born and bought up in Dubai i have enjoyed the beach very much. We have had family picnics to the beach and allowed very less to go beyond. Made sand castles, wrote my initial letters of my name on sand and collecting shells are all part of my beach travels. As a child i loved the wind more than the water.
The bad part would be going back and worse would be going through the sand being wet to the car, sand sticking everywhere and going back and having a shower again.

Jumeira beach is the oldest beach there with clean water and water activities. There is a new addition to this is la mer where there are street foods and shops.
All over its beautiful and DUBAI should be your number 1 destination.
2.THAILAND~ PHUKET~ Kata Noi beach

Kata Noi Beach is a beautiful sandy bay and a perfect. This strand of white sand is blessed with incredibly clear blue water during the high season, and its location ‘out of the way’ kept it relatively quiet.
The water is blue, clear and shallow, the sand is soft and the beach is very wide.
Totally waiting for covid to get over!!
3. JAPAN~ Okinawa

Okinawa is a prominent Japanese resort area, blessed with a warm climate throughout the year. There are many beautiful, world-renowned beaches on Okinawa’s islands. The peak temperature in March and April is around 20-25°C or 68-77°F, and some days can hit up to 30°C or 86°F, even in October. The beaches open on different days, so check in advance for some peace of mind
Okinawa owns 13 beaches in itself. So for a beach person okinawa is the best destination .
Japan is the most cleanest country among all. The people there they would pick up dirt if they see any.
4. SINGAPORE~ Palawan Beach ~ Ideal beach

Palawan Beach ,Singapore is located in the center of Sentosa and is aka Sentosa beach. Palawan beach has swaying palm trees, shimmering white sand, expanses of blue green water and lively beach bars.
Port of Lost Wonder is themed on pirate world, and is popular among kids and adults alike. The place is complete with a rope bridge, few wooden beam towers, a pirate ship, and numerous treasure boxes. This is the best best beach in Singapore or even just lazy lounging. Best time to visit is February and March.
Singapore is very cheap for travelling and totally affordable.
5. MALDIVES~ Hulhumale Beach~ Most popular of all

Maldives is on everyone’s list. It is a land of dream for people who choose beaches in would you rather.
Located in Kaafu Atoll, Hulhumale is one of the best beaches in Maldives which makes sure you enjoy your well-earned break. While the bluest water and the white sands add charm to the beauty of the beach.
Things To Do: Go for group snorkelling, scuba diving, and watch the changing colours in the sky every evening at Sunset Cruise.
Maldives is my all time favourite place to be!!
6. SRI LANKA~ Hiriketiya

A string of relatively unspoiled beaches dot the coast here, most notably the stunning little horseshoe bay at Hiriketiya, which is backed by a small selection of great places to stay.
THINGS TO DO
- Surf at Hiriketiya Beach. …
- Hang out at Verse Collective. …
- Swing at Mahi Mahi. …

I remember my sister getting me a Diary with an elephant on and the pages were thick the pencil was made of wood!! I remember writing quotes on it.
7.HONG KONG~ Shek O Beach

Set at the base of lush mountains on the back side of Hong Kong Island, far from the bustle of the busy city, the oceanside village of Shek O offers a beautiful, wide stretch of soft sand, just perfect for relaxing on a warm and sunny day.
On Shek O Beach, you can rent a beach chair and umbrella if you like, play in the gentle waves, and soak up the sun. Lifeguards watch over swimmers.
Behind the beach, the village of Shek O is an unassuming little community with a maze of narrow streets, where you can find casual outdoor restaurants serving mainly Chinese dishes, along with a couple of western options on the menu.
A few street-side vendors sell beach accessories, so you can pick up anything you might have forgotten to bring. The beach is nice at any time of day but the late afternoon sun here is irresistible.
Hong Kong to me is DISNEYLAND!!!
8.PHILLIPINES~White Beach, Boracay

White Beach on Boracay is where beach dreams come true. White sand, turquoise water, lounge chairs with umbrellas and palm trees bending towards the water. Even during high season when most tourists flock to this paradise island, White Beach is still totally enjoyable. It’s a 4km beach, which means there is room for everyone.
Lots of water activities happen off the shore of this beach such as parasailing, kayaking, and banana boat rides. Or if you prefer, stay in your lounge chair while hawkers offer your beverages, food, and jewellery.
In Philippines , Boodle fight is a large meal where people have to eat with hands.
9.MALAYSIA~ Perhentian Islands

The Perhentian Islands have become an important tourist destination in Malaysia—and while hotels and transportation are much better today than they were just a few decades ago, the islands are developing slowly, providing a very natural and still unspoiled beauty.
Deep turquoise waters, palm-fringed shorelines, and coral reefs rich in marine life (sea turtles, blue spotted rays, and clownfish abound here) are found everywhere, and trails cut through the thick jungle, connecting the different stretches of beach around the island.
Scuba diving, snorkeling, and kayaking tours leave from these, and you’ll also find organized jungle trekking and a number of accommodations to fit any budget.
Malaysia again its very cheap for travelling and Indians get visa on arrival.
10.INDIA~ Radanagar Beach~ Andaman and Nicober Islands

Lagoons of crystal clear water and scenic beaches topped with a little bit of history make Andaman and Nicobar one of the most perfect choices for an enjoyable, laid-back holiday where you can go on long treks, laze around in the backwaters of the island, or if you’re feeling a little more adventurous, even go for a bit of deep sea diving.
From the pristine, untouched beaches of Neil and Havelock Islands to the bustling town of Port Blair, the Andamans have something to offer to every tourist.
India is the king in spices and food!!
This blog was just to show how much I/ we ,miss travelling. Travelling again like before seems very impossible but we can definitely hope. Either way just stay safe and keep drinking lemon juice.
